| This series of cables are produced and tested strictly according to the enterprise standard of Q/EAAE 0210-2006, namely 110kV XLPE insulated power cable and cable accessories”. The insulated eccentricity is lower than 8%, and the amount of partial discharge during the test is smaller than 5pC, furthermore, we conducted the air-tight test, using a 0.4Mpa pressure, which lasted 3 hours and came to the conclusion that the insulated thermal shrinkage is 3%. Those tests’ data are stricter than that of GB/T11017-2002 and IEC 60840-1999 <30kV (Um=36kV) to 150kV (Um=170kV) extrusion-coated insulated power cable and cable accessories>. |

| 1 The highest working temperature of the cable during long-term
service shall be 90℃ 2. The highest temperature when short circuited shall be lower than 250℃(within 5 seconds); 3. During the process of the cable production and laying, the minimal allowable bending radius shall be 25 times of the cable’s diameter. 4. Aluminum sheathed power cables are applied for places, which requires some mechanical force with light corrosion. PVC sheath is mainly suitable for power cables that require general fire-proof and insulation. PE sheath is mainly applied for direct buried cables who ask for high insulation standards, besides, PE sheath is also suitable for low temperature (lower than -20℃) conditions or chemical immersion occasions, and cables who require low-toxic requirements when burning. 5.Pre-heat the cable when the laying temperature is lower than 0℃. |
